As a new company bringing premium products to the marketplace, kabookaboo’s primary strategy for ProVault was to create a clean, sleek, and engaging ecommerce website that would perfectly portray their strong focus on high-quality ingredients and dedicated mission. A smooth and engaging customer experience was also a top priority, both for ease of sales and customer retention. Photography, website design, and icon creation were incorporated to showcase each product and highlight important ingredient information.
In a world with a growing need for online sales and a strong digital presence, it was more important than ever to make sure that ProVault’s website highlighted their differentiating products and also provided an easy-to-use customer interface. The entire website was developed on Shopify’s platform, with full support for online ordering. An account management system was also created to allow customers to log on and view past orders, save personal information, and easily reorder. With a focus on creating a solid digital presence, kabookaboo was able to support ProVault’s fully digital launch without the need for a brick-and-mortar location.
To increase the usability and visual representation of the site even further, kabookaboo invested in photography to showcase each product just as if you were seeing it in person. Icons were also developed to highlight important information about the natural ingredients and to emphasize the cruelty-free, vegan, soy-free, gluten-free and non-gmo nature of their product line.
